Effective Date
This Terms and Conditions Agreement governs the use of the SK OnePortal System by authorized Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Officials of Santa Cruz, Laguna.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, logging into, or using the SK OnePortal System, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the system.
Eligibility
Only the following individuals are authorized to register:
- SK Chairpersons
- SK Kagawads
- SK Secretaries
- SK Treasurers
- Authorized SK Federation Officers
Accounts are subject to verification by the SK Federation Administrator.
User Responsibilities
As an SK Official, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and updated information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Use the system solely for official government-related purposes.
- Ensure that submitted reports and records are truthful and complete.
- Protect the confidentiality of Kabataan personal information.
Prohibited Activities
Users shall not:
- Share login credentials with unauthorized persons.
- Manipulate or falsify reports.
- Upload malicious software.
- Access accounts without authorization.
- Misuse or disclose confidential data.
- Use the system for political campaigning or commercial purposes.
System Features
Authorized users may access features including:
- ABYIP Report Management
- Program Management
- KK Profiling Scheduling
- SK Community Feed
- Report Monitoring
- Dashboard Analytics
- Archive Records
Access depends on the user role.
Account Suspension
The Administrator reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms;
- Submit fraudulent information;
- Compromise system security;
- Misuse confidential records.
Intellectual Property
All system components, reports, graphics, logos, source code, and database structures are the property of the SK OnePortal System developers and the Sangguniang Kabataan Federation of Santa Cruz, Laguna.
Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
The system administrators shall not be liable for:
- Internet interruptions;
- Device malfunctions;
- Data loss caused by unauthorized user actions;
- Force majeure events.
Amendments
The SK Federation may update these Terms and Conditions whenever necessary. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
